If I am in-network with your insurance, I will file insurance claims after each session. While I will file these claims and will let you know what, if any amount you owe, I strongly urge you to contact your insurance company to understand your coverage for mental health benefits. Ultimately, you will be responsible for payment of any fees not covered by insurance as dictated by your insurance plan (for example, copayments, coinsurance, or deductible payments). 

This can be very confusing, so I am happy to provide information about what CPT codes are typically used in sessions if desired.

Out of Network and Self-Pay

If I am not in-network with your insurance, I am happy to provide you with the necessary documentation ("superbill") which you may submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. I strongly recommend that you contact your insurance company to find out the details of your plan with respect to mental health benefits.

Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted.

In accordance with the "No Surprises Act", self-pay patients will be provided with a written "Good Faith Estimate" prior the first session. Patients may also request a written estimate for treatment costs at any time.
