Circle of Security Parenting is an 8-week parent education program comprised of interactive discussions and videos on practical parenting. Learn tips on how to read your child's cues and strengthen your parent-child relationship! Recommended for parents of children 0-6.

Circle of Security helps parents:

• Learn to understand and read their child's emotional needs

• Support their child's ability to successfully manage emotions

• Enhance their child's self-esteem

• Strengthen the parent-child relationship

This group will be held virtually on Thursdays from 11am-12:30pm for 8-weeks (tentative start date April 14). Group size is limited to 10 participants.

COSP is a meant for all parents, regardless of whether they are experiencing difficulties with their child.

​

Dr. Murphy has formal training as a facilitator in COSP, an international evidence-based parenting program.
